Terms & Conditions

Below is a list of the Terms and Conditions which you must be in agreement with
before we commence our services for you.

• We have a fixed hourly rate of L10.00 per hour for regular cleaning and £12.00 per hour + VAT + cleaning materials for end/pre-tenancy cleaning, one-off and irregular cleaning.
  
  
• The Client must pay the full price of the arranged service if:
  
  1. The cleaning is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arranged time.
  2. Our cleaners arrive at the Client's address and are unable to gain access
      to the Client's home, through no fault of AGP Cleaning Services.
      If keys are provided they must open all locks without difficulty.
  
  
• In the event that you are not satisfied with the standard of work, you should
  contact AGP Cleaning Services Ltd within 36 hours after the completion of the service.
  
  
• If you choose to resign from our services, we ask that for up to 6 months, you do not continue to use the cleaner directly. We reserve the right to charge/take legal action
  if this agreement is not met.
